Zip, Zip, Zip. . .His knife flashes through the rows like lightning.  The shrimp dance to the center of the grill, and he presses on.  With magnificent, sweeping gestures he adds freshly ground pepper, then butter, then soy sauce.  The action never stops.  He playfully spins around and flips a sizzling shrimp directly onto your plate.  You taste it. You sigh.  And that's only Act One!
