"The entrees at Cantina run the gamut from pleasing classics to those that have their own unique twists to them. I am a very partial to the Carnitas, a pork dish that has come a long way since the restaurant first opened. The pork shank is grilled and then slow-cooked. Very tasty without having to be crispy.
