"Cool River has always been first and foremost about quality, prime-aged beef. The steaks are very good and I do indeed have my favorites. The 14oz Jim Beam boneless ribeye is perfect for evenings where I’m not quite as ravenous: the marbling is wonderful and the taste is as you would expect.
