Mai Thai is a family-owned and run restaurant proudly serving authentic Thai cuisine. The extensive menu at Mai Thai offers variety of choices from soups, salads, curry dishes, rice, stir fries, and noodles—all of which offer choices of beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and tofu. The restaurant has many appetizers and vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options as well, with a range of prices to suit any pocket. A Sample of the dinner menu is listed below.
Entrées below include choice of meat; chicken, pork, beef, or tofu. An additional $2 is added for shrimp or squid or $3 for scallops.

Stir-fried with rice, egg, onion, tomatoes, pineapple, cashews, and raisins
Stir-fried with small rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, scallions, and ground peanuts

Stir-fried with lomein noodles, onion, carrots, and cashews
Entrées below include choice of steamed or brown rice and choice of meat.
Stir-fried with cabbage, Napa cabbage, baby corn, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, celery, and mushrooms in a light brown sauce
Stir-fried with young black peppers, krachai , bell pepper, onion, and chili in a special red curry sauce

Stir-fried with bean thread noodles, egg, cabbage, Napa cabbage, baby corn, and carrots

Grilled duck breast with pineapple, grapes, tomatoes, and bell pepper with res curry and coconut milk
Grilled shrimp and mushrooms with onion, bell pepper, fresh chili, lime juice, and lemon grass served over mixed green salad
Sri-fried shrimp, squid, scallops, and mussels with onion, bell-pepper, mushrooms, and basil in special house sauce

Deep fried whole tilapia topped with garlicky, sweet and sour chili sauce and fresh cilantro
