Restaurant Gwendolyn offers patrons old school cuisine, using only what they had and doing what they did before the break of the industrial revolution. Every ingredient they used was raised in the old way and handled in the old way, they have a personal relationship with the ranchers and farmer, and every perishable ingredient comes from within 150 miles of the restaurant. At Restaurant Gwendolyn you can enjoy local, seasonal, old school cuisine prepared by a chef who is cooking with his hands and his heart.
Restaurant Gwendolyn offers a three and five course prix fixed menu that changes seasonally. Everything on the menu is handmade in the restaurant using fresh local ingredients.
